1) Product Delivery and Inspection Once your order has been delivered, please inspect the product immediately. Customers must inform us within 2 days of delivery if they wish to request an exchange or return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2) Exchange and Return Policy Products can be exchanged or returned only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.Any request for exchange or return beyond 2 days from delivery will not be considered.Customers must share unboxing video or product images as proof when raising a request. For The Return The Amount Will Be Adjusted In Your Next Order And Not Refunded

3) Shipping Charges Shipping costs for both exchange and return will be borne by the customer. These charges typically range between ?80 to ?150 depending on the delivery city.

4) *Refunds (For Returns)* Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed on the same day through the original payment method.

5) Non-Returnable/ Exchangeable Products Items sold during clearance sales, mystery boxes, or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange or return.
